Choose a plan for the features you need and the number of emails you expect to send each month. That price includes your email allowance and up to five times as many contacts. Prices are in US dollars. Compare current prices, limits and features on the pricing page.
The plans
- Free never expires. It includes a small monthly and daily email limit, a small contact limit, a monthly push limit and a few active journeys, along with transactional email, the API and webhooks. Kiro AI only helps set up your workspace, and marketing emails carry a short “Sent with Kirora” line.
- Starter adds unlimited journeys and push, Kiro AI with a monthly allowance, funnel reports and campaign comparison, more workspaces, members and sending domains, and removes the Kirora line.
- Pro adds unlimited members, masked attributes, admin-only sending, compatible tracking for switching platforms and priority support, with larger email volumes and a lower rate for extra emails.
- Enterprise is for platforms that offer messaging to their own customers, with partner workspaces, embeddable builders and partner API keys. Contact us at hello@kirora.io.
Transactional email, the identify and track API, webhooks, the MCP server and the CLI are on every plan.
How your bill is calculated
- One email is one email sent to one contact, from a campaign, a journey or the transactional API. Test sends don’t count.
- Push notifications are unlimited on paid plans. On Free they have a monthly limit.
- Every contact counts: subscribers, customers who only get receipts, app users who only get push notifications, and people who unsubscribed. A paid plan holds five times its monthly emails in contacts; you can go 10% over, and past that new contacts are refused until you move up a step. There’s no charge per contact.
- Annual billing costs less than monthly; see Pricing. Your emails still reset each month, and an annual plan isn’t refunded if you cancel mid-year: it runs to the end of the paid year, then moves to Free. You can also prepay three months at the monthly price.
- In some countries you can pay in your own currency, by card, bank transfer or mobile money, converted at checkout.
Sending past your plan
On a paid plan, emails beyond your monthly number are charged at your plan’s rate per 1,000: first from your balance, if you’ve topped one up, then from your card. A monthly ceiling, which starts at your plan’s price and which you can change, limits the extra charge, and a campaign shows its extra cost before you send it.
At the ceiling, campaigns and journeys stop until next month. Transactional email, such as receipts and login codes, keeps going for a grace of 10% of your monthly emails (at least 500), billed with your next payment.
On Free, sending stops at the limit: a campaign that doesn’t fit is refused before anything is sent.
Kiro AI
Paid plans include a monthly Kiro AI allowance, shared by the workspaces you own and reset each month. When it runs out, Kiro pauses unless you choose to keep it on from your balance.
Plans cover all your workspaces
A plan belongs to the person who owns the workspaces, and it covers every workspace they own, up to the plan’s workspace limit. Extra workspaces, such as one for a second brand or a test workspace, share the same emails. See Workspaces.
Check your usage
Go to Settings › Workspace › Usage to see this month’s use against your allowances:
- Contacts (your current total)
- Emails sent
- Push notifications sent
- AI allowance, for Kiro AI
- API requests
Change your plan or payment details
Only the owner can change the plan. Choose a plan from the billing page in Settings, pay at checkout, and switch plans from the same place; a move to a smaller plan waits for the end of the period.
